STAR2002
CONFERENCE COMMITTEE

The Stress and Anxiety Research Society (STAR) is an international organisation of researchers and clinicians interested in diverse aspects of stress, anxiety and coping. It is with pleasure that we announce that the 23rd STAR Conference will be held in Melbourne, Australia. This is the first time that STAR has been held outside Europe and it is an exciting opportunity for national and international scholars to meet and exchange ideas. On behalf of the Conference and Scientific Committees I warmly invite you to join us in Melbourne in 2002.

Just as Melbourne hosted the Friendly Games in 1956, I am sure you will find that STAR, and in particular STAR2002, is a friendly conference with a high standard of scientific input.

On behalf of all members of the committee, we look forward to meeting with you at the conference.
Warm Regards,

     Kate
